REVEREND BILL HARRIS
MINISTER OF DISCIPLESHIP,
BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS
Rev. Bill Harris serves as Minister of Discipleship, Buildings and Grounds. He was born in Houston, Texas and has been a member of David Chapel since 1988. After serving as a deacon and trustee, he was licensed by the church to preach in July 1998. He graduated summa cum laude from Southwest Texas State University in 1993 with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism. In 2001 he received his Masters of Divinity from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. He also serves on several church committees, the music ministry, and as a Sunday School teacher.
Rev. Harris has been married to Nancy Harris since 1982 and has two daughters, Gena and Cheryl, three granddaughters, Lillian, Ashlynn and Jessica, and a grandson, Robert.
