Building Use Request

If you need to reserve one of our rooms for a meeting or event, please fill out the form below.  Once receiving your request, the church office will follow up with you regarding approval.

 

**Special Note: $65.00 clean-up fee for meetings that are not DC related. $300.00 user fee for events that are not DC related. Waiver of fees possible with special permission of Pastor and/or Trustees.
