  1. To all members and guests, Pastor Parker, his family, and the church staff would like to prayerfully wish everyone a Happy New Year! May your year be prosperous and hope-full.
  2. Today is 5th Sunday and special emphasis is on our Building Fund Giving. Please use the special envelopes behind the pews for your contribution and place it in the offering tray.
  3. David Chapel is on “Winter Break.” During this time, everyone, and most especially those that lead and support our church ministries, are encouraged to take time to refresh themselves spiritually, physically and emotionally. There will be no weekly meetings during this period. We will continue to have Sunday School at 9:15 a.m. Regular ministry activities, Wednesday night prayer/praise and Bible study will resume on Wednesday, February 12, 2020.
  4. END of YEAR GIVING: Members and guests, if you would like to make a contribution and receive credit before the end of the year, please remember you must make your donation by 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, December 31. Contributions received at midnight or later will be credited for 2020. 
  5. We are gearing up for our D-Groups which will begin in February 2020. D-Groups are our discipleship small groups that will be held in your area to help move us more intentionally and strategically into making disciples. All David Chapel members and guests are welcome to participate in a D-Group. Get with a Men’s or Women’s Ministry leader for more information.
  6. Pastor Parker, members and guests, please help us welcome Bro. James Blount to our church family!
  7. Attention all ministry and auxiliary leaders of David Chapel, please place Sunday, January 5, 2020, on your calendar for the church workers and leaders installation, during 10:30 a.m. worship.  Please plan to wear your dark blue or black attire.
  8.  “Where Scriptures Come Alive.” Join Pastor Parker in The Holy Land in 2021. The tour is February 23 – March 4, 2021. See the registration form and brochure available on the table in the foyer and on the church website for more information. You can make your deposit and get set up on a payment installment plan.
